The Belgian Centre for Comic Strip Art was founded within the walls of an excellent example of Art Nouveau design by Victor Hugo and contains examples of everything which is anything in the world of Belgian comic strips, from Tintin to the most recent developments in this medium. The Museum of imagination, a treasure house of original drawings, the largest library of comics in the world, the birth of a comic book, moving comics and many others are among the attractions on view in this temple to the art-form which also offers a number of temporary exhibits and high-profile events. |
